Our Fee Schedule

Description of Services

Our fees are negotiated based upon the complexity of your case and the delivery time measured from the date preliminary payment is received to final brief draft delivery date. At the inception, we ask our clients to submit the appellate points/legal argument headpoints; the delivery date, the notice of appeal, appellate case statement and all relevant pleading and motions together with the order or judgment to be appealed. After we have reviewed this information, we will render an estimated fee. We will research the applicable appellate court's formatting requirements to determine cover page color, font, binding and number of copies to be submitted.  Please note that the Appendix, Record on Appeal and Abstract are separate documents required by some appellate courts. In the majority of cases, the compilation of the record must be done prior to the writing of the brief in order to insert the appropriate citations within the body of the brief. We require that all documents be transmitted as either PDF files or Word files. We will not accept jpeg or tiff files. We all accept digital files on CD. Thank you very much for your inquiry. We look forward to serving you.
